Mirumi is a small, fluffy charm robot designed by Yukai Engineering in Tokyo. It joins your everyday adventures with expressive little head movements.
How does Mirumi react?
Mirumi responds to sound and touch with gentle head movements, from a curious glance to a bashful turn.
Does it need an app or a subscription?
No app or subscription is needed. Mirumi uses its built-in sensors and reactions.
How do I charge and care for Mirumi?
Mirumi recharges through USB-C. Follow the included manual for charging and care. Keep its electronic components dry.
Returns & refunds
Can I return my Mirumi?
Your order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund.
How do I start a return?
Use our contact form with your order number and the email used at checkout. Wait for return instructions before sending your parcel.
What if my item arrives damaged or my parcel is missing?
Contact us with your order number. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging in your reply to our team. Damaged items are eligible for a refund; missing parcels are eligible for a replacement.

What colors can I choose?
Choose Ivory, Pink or Gray. Each has the same curious character in a different soft, fluffy coat.
Is the color random?
No. Choose the color you want on its product page before adding it to your cart.
Where can I see the price?
Each product page shows the current price in the storefront currency. Shipping, taxes and any applicable discounts are confirmed at checkout.
