How to Carry Mirumi: Bag Fit and Attachment Checks

Check the strap, attachment instructions and space around Mirumi's moving head before choosing a place on your bag. A bag's style or brand name does not establish compatibility.

Start with your supplied manual

This guide uses Yukai Engineering's US Mirumi FAQ as a reference. It does not verify bag compatibility or establish that a seller's unit matches that reference. Follow the manual for your exact product; if the model or instructions differ, ask us which guidance applies.

Describe the strap clearly

The manufacturer's FAQ discusses strap diameter. That is different from a flat strap's width, and the FAQ does not provide a conversion between them or a list of approved bags. Avoid assuming that a strap is suitable because one measurement looks close.

For a useful fit inquiry, include:

• A clear view of the part of the strap where you intend to attach Mirumi
• The strap's shape and dimensions, explaining which direction you measured
• A wider view showing nearby buckles, handles and other objects

These details explain the question; they do not prove that an attachment will fit or hold.

Confirm the attachment and space for movement

Use your unit's supplied attachment directions and check the arrangement before carrying it. If the arm position or the amount of force needed is unclear, ask support rather than improvising a fastening method.

Look at the space around the head separately from the strap measurement. If movement is obstructed, or the unit tilts or slips, stop using that arrangement and ask about the actual setup. This guide does not provide a numerical clearance requirement or a retention-strength test.
