How long will it take to get my order?

Where can I find my tracking number?

Can I change my delivery address?

Your Mirumi

What is Mirumi?
Mirumi is a small, fluffy charm robot designed by Yukai Engineering in Tokyo. It joins your everyday adventures with expressive little head movements.
How does Mirumi react?
Yukai Engineering describes Mirumi reacting to sounds and touch with head movements. A turn toward a voice is a reaction, not proof that it understands the words or recognizes the speaker. Manufacturer reference.
Does Mirumi have AI or understand words?
The manufacturer's US FAQ says its documented Mirumi has no AI or language-recognition feature. It responds to sounds and voices through movement rather than conversation.
Should it respond to every interaction?
The manufacturer describes variable reactions and suggests allowing a pause between interactions. A longer, uncut demonstration can help you judge the pace, including moments when it stays still. For a continuing concern with your unit, use our product-help checklist.
How long does it run between charges?
The official US Gray reference listing gives approximately eight hours of use and two hours to charge. These are manufacturer estimates for that reference model, not a battery test or a promise for an individual unit. Confirm the applicable specifications in the manual supplied with your product.
Does it need an app or a subscription?
No app or subscription is needed. Mirumi uses its built-in sensors and reactions.
How do I charge and care for Mirumi?

Can I return my Mirumi?

How do I start a return?

What if my item arrives damaged or my parcel is missing?
Contact us with your order number. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging in your reply to our team. Damaged items are eligible for a refund; missing parcels are eligible for a replacement.

What colors can I choose?
Choose Ivory, Pink or Gray. Each has the same curious character in a different soft, fluffy coat.
Is the color random?
No. Choose the color you want on its product page before adding it to your cart.
Where can I see the price?
Each product page shows the current price in the storefront currency. Shipping, taxes and any applicable discounts are confirmed at checkout.
